What a session typically look like

45-90 minutes

Sessions range in time from roughly 45-90 minutes. The time it takes to navigate a session isn't an indicator of how impactful a session can be. People who are familiar with the process might have an enormous breakthrough in a short space of time, but on the flip side there are some things that are going to take longer to work through. We never know what is going to come up, even when you suspect what the root cause of something might be. So allowing space for the unknown is really important.

Exploration

First we explore the general area of your life that you want to work on. This could be anything from deepening your romantic relationship, to improving your productivity at work. Nothing is off limits. Wherever you want to grow or heal is an area we can work in.

 

Focus

Next we zone in on one specific aspect of the area we have just explored, the one thing that is causing the biggest challenge or discomfort for you in this area. There may well be many areas that you want to work on, but when we work on the biggest challenge first you often find this will have a domino effect on other challenges or discomforts too. If the biggest discomfort is too big for you to work on right away, no worries, we can start smaller and build up to the bigger challenges as you get comfortable with the process, and with me. Baby steps still lead to big breakthroughs.

Deep dive

From here we dive deep to find out exactly where this discomfort or challenge stems from. It is incredibly common to be entirely unaware of what the root cause is, and sometimes we think we know but might be shocked to discover that it comes from somewhere wholly unexpected.

Recondition

Once we find our source, we work to release any trapped emotional charge that is connected to it and reframe that past experience so we can release ourselves from the conditioning that has bound us in old belief patterns. Our subconscious creates this reality because it is working to keep us safe, to keep us alive. The trouble is, the things that create a stress response in us in modern day life are not often life threatening. So our conditioning is not actually working to keep us safe anymore, it just keeps us trapped in unhelpful cycles that prevent us from being and doing the things we really want.

Implementation

And finally we take what we have learned and create a plan to apply to your life. I will check in with you one day, one week and one month after an individual session to see how you feel and how it has impacted your life.

You can work on anything, nothing is off limits! Any belief, any issue, any emotion and any area of your life. No matter how big or complex you might currently think it is, if you are open to engaging with the process then you open yourself up to extraordinary growth and healing.

Bigger and more complex challenges will take longer to work through than smaller challenges and discomforts, but any small changes can start a cascade of positive transformation across many areas of your life.
